Hi, I'm Gagan.

I'm 19, an AI engineer at Rowboat Labs (YC S24), and I do AI research at Eunice Labs.

I love to build things and make stuff that are used by people. I make machines learn. Most of what I know about ML came from implementing papers, writing about them, and putting it out in public.

Some things I've done:

  • Founded zTutor, a personal AI video tutor. 2000+ videos generated, backed by 3F Venture Capital.
  • Wrote ARIA, a reasoning model that allocates thinking tokens by problem difficulty — 2.3× fewer tokens on GSM8K and MATH-500.
  • Taught a course on neural networks and deep learning to ~50 students at PESU I/O.
  • Built a dozen other things — an AI voice tutor that draws while it talks, a second brain for researchers, an Instagram for arXiv papers.
